The award of land for a hospital in Peshawar to Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust represents a unique opportunity for us to expand the footprint of the Hospital in a relatively low cost and speedy manner. The first of a series of hospitals will be in the provincial capital Peshawar. Initially, these will function principally as chemotherapy delivery units with a set of minimal but essential associated ancillary facilities. In the long-term, each facility will have the potential to be scaled up to a full cancer hospital.
